About Me
My name is Khushi Sista
I am a student leader and event strategist dedicated to turning "random school events" into professional, high-impact community experiences. Currently serving as Vice President of the Red Cross and VP of Public Relations for Toastmasters, I combine executive leadership with a hands-on approach to project management.
My work focuses on the "business" of events—applying rigorous budgeting, marketing, and structured timelines to maximize results. From raising $2,500 for skin cancer patients to doubling event attendance through strategic promotion, I have proven that professional structure creates meaningful change.
Whether I am emceeing a dance recital, coordinating medical supplies for Sri Lanka, or hosting small business launches, my mission remains the same: building the tools and teams that strengthen our communities.

Mission
My mission is to show students that planning an event is about more than just a theme. I provide the professional tools—like budgeting and marketing—needed to turn small gatherings into powerful community experiences.

-
Content Mastery: I moved from basic posts to high-impact content creation, using tools to automate and manage high-traffic accounts.
-
Measurable Growth: I applied data-driven marketing to track engagement, which eventually helped me double attendance at my own community events.
-
Real-World Skills: The program certified me in digital marketing, giving me the credentials to lead social media for startups and school organizations.
