Summary: Hands-on experience in the financial services industry, assisting an independent partner at Hegemon Group International (HGI).
Description: Working directly with a business owner, I gained a practical look at how to build and scale a financial services business. My role was split between front-end brand awareness and back-end operational learning. I assisted at promotional stalls to engage potential clients and explain service offerings, while simultaneously developing the firm’s digital presence. This experience taught me how independent agents navigate the finance industry and the level of organization required to turn financial expertise into a successful, independent business.
